BureauGap is a product of TBG Strategic Consulting LLC. If it is not right for you, you can have your money back.

The policy

• Within 14 days of buying, write to us and we will refund the full price. You do not need to give a reason.
• This covers the $29 console licence, the $129 bankruptcy forms licence, and the optional $19 updates renewal. The 14 days run from the day you paid for that item.
• The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• When a console or bankruptcy forms purchase is refunded, its licence key stops opening the console.
• Refunding an updates renewal never closes the console. The licence you bought stays perpetual and keeps opening.

Try it first

The live demo is the same console running on invented data. It needs no card and no report of yours, so you can see exactly what you would be buying.

How to ask

Email hello@bureaugap.com from the address you paid with, or include it. If the console read one of your reports wrong, tell us what it showed. That helps us fix it for everyone.
